How it works
- IOKit Lid Sensor
- Reads the hardware hinge angle directly from the Mac's embedded IOKit HID sensor. Zero polling, zero CPU when idle, zero battery drain.
- Metal 3 Pipeline
- Hardware-accelerated ScreenCaptureKit frame projection. Live desktop windows and wallpaper tilt, fold, and shade in unified memory at 120Hz ProMotion.
- Three Fluid Styles
- Silk, Shade, and Frost. Customize perspective pitch, 12-tap Poisson disc bokeh, liquid glass chromatic dispersion, and ambient horizon shadows.
- Mechanical Audio
- A crisp, soft haptic sound when the lid opens and the desktop clears. Switch it off in General settings anytime.
- Quiet Menu Bar
- Lives unobtrusively in your macOS menu bar. Pause with a click or configure whenever you need.

- Permissions
- Screen Recording access (strictly used in GPU RAM for the tilt shader; frames never leave memory).
